YSJ WELCOMES ESTABLISHED REGIONAL CARRIER PAL AIRLINES TO SAINT JOHN
SAINT JOHN, NB – The Saint John Airport Authority is pleased to announce that PAL Airlines will be offering a direct flight from Saint John to Halifax.
The inaugural PAL Airlines flight from the Saint John Airport (YSJ) to Halifax Stanfield International Airport (YHZ) will be on August 2, 2021.
“Halifax is an important destination for Saint John business and leisure travellers and we’re delighted that PAL Airlines is connecting our two cities,” says YSJ Interim President and CEO, Greg Hierlihy. “Direct service to Halifax Stanfield International Airport will provide Saint John travellers with more options for travel, once travel restrictions are lifted.”
The direct Halifax – Saint John return flights will be offered 5- times per week and operated with a 37-seat Dash 8-100 aircraft. If the service is well-used by Saint John travellers, more routes to other Canadian destinations may follow.
PAL Airlines operates scheduled passenger services to over 30 destinations in Eastern Canada and Quebec from its main hub at St. John's International Airport (YYT).
Flights are now available for online booking at palairlines.ca for travel beginning August 2, 2021.
